I offer holistic mental health therapy from a cozy, private space with a view of the ocean in Yeppoon, QLD (also offering telehealth appointments). My practice is rooted in a compassionate, evidence-based, and person-centered approach, aiming to create a warm and supportive environment for all who walk through my door.

I’m a Psychotherapist and Mental Health Occupational Therapist and I'd be honored to walk alongside you on your therapy journey. By combining evidence-based psychological frameworks with intuitive, somatically-informed techniques, we will guide you towards a state of greater softness, ease, and stability within your inner world.

I've found that tailoring therapy to each individual's needs, blending evidence-based and holistic methods, leads to more meaningful outcomes compared to applying a standardized approach. I incorporate a range of techniques including CBT, Gestalt, Internal Family Systems, Psychodynamic Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Polyvagal Theory, Attachment Theory, Neuropsychology, Mindfulness-Based Therapies, sensory approaches, and trauma-informed techniques. My services are informed by current research in wellness and neuroscience. This blended approach aims not only to alleviate symptoms of anxiety and depression but also fosters a sense of safety and security within your body.

I see symptoms not merely as issues to be resolved, but also as messages from the deeper self, showing the areas of the self & psyche needing more attention, understanding and care, so that symptoms may soften. With curiosity and scrupulous observation through the psychoanalytic process, I assist clients in uncovering the root causes of their symptoms, enabling them to effect enduring changes.

I really believe in the inner wisdom every person holds — their own compass to help navigate life's complexities. Yet, life's challenges often cast shadows over this inner clarity, muffling the voice of our true intuition beneath layers of doubt and confusion. In our therapeutic work together, my goal is to help clear the mist that obscures your inner light, so that you may listen once again to the quiet intuition that has always been there.

The outcome of our journey together may look different for each person, but it often includes not just relief from symptoms, but also more energy, contentment, productivity, and a sense of freedom and choice. Most importantly, it's about returning to your most whole and authentic self.
